2. Pricing & Payments
- All pricing is quotation-based and provided on request.
- Payments may be accepted via Stripe, bank transfer, Wise, or MoneyGram.
- Multiple currencies may be accepted.
- Work begins only after required payments are received.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- Consulting and project fees are non-refundable once work begins.
- Cancellations are allowed only before work begins.
4. Timelines
All timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to factors such as:
- Project complexity
- Access to client systems and data
- Client responsiveness
- Third-party platform or vendor availability
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership of deliverables transfers only after full payment (as applicable).
- Unpaid or draft work remains the property of MACH7XPERTS.
- Portfolio usage is allowed only with client permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MACH7XPERTS is not responsible for:
- Third-party software, platform, or vendor errors or downtime
- Data issues arising from client-provided or third-party systems
- Business results that depend on client actions or market conditions
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, State of Colorado, USA and State of Punjab, Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
